Job Description

    Urgent hiring for Cutting Master -Mohan estate , DelhiJob Title: Cutting MasterLocation:Mohan estate , Delhi/ FaridabadExperience: 4 YearsSalary: 30,000 per month (Based on interview performance)working days 6 days (9am-7 pm)Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan and execute fabric cutting operations as per production requirements
    • Prepare and arrange pattern layouts to ensure minimal fabric wastage
    • Maintain high measurement accuracy and quality standards
    • Supervise and guide the cutting team for smooth workflow
    • Ensure timely completion of cutting targets as per production schedule
    • Monitor fabric consumption and control material wastage
    • Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
    • Maintain cutting tools and equipment in proper working condition
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Cutting Master in garment/textile industry
    • Strong knowledge of pattern making and fabric cutting techniques
    • Ability to manage and supervise a team
    • Good understanding of measurement accuracy and quality control
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
