Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • System Configuration and Maintenance:
      • Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments to meet the organizations needs.
      • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure a secure and efficient environment.
      • Manage and configure security roles, user permissions, and access controls.
    • User Support and Troubleshooting:
      • Provide technical support to end users and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and features.
      • Troubleshoot system errors, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
      • Work with internal teams to optimize the user experience and resolve any operational roadblocks.
    • System Integration and Customization:
      • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to improve business operations.
      • Customize workflows, dashboards, forms, and reports to align with business processes.
      • Develop and implement automated processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, or other related tools.
    • Monitoring and Reporting:
      • Monitor system performance, security, and user activity to ensure a seamless operation.
      • Generate reports on system health, user activity, and key performance metrics.
      • Assist with auditing and compliance processes.
    • Collaboration with IT and Other Departments:
      • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the proper infrastructure, security protocols, and backups are in place for Dynamics 365.
      • Work with other departments to gather requirements and improve system functionality.
      • Train and support users in adopting new features or changes in the system.
    • Documentation:
      • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
      • Document changes made to the system and assist in creating knowledge base articles for users.
    Qualifications:
    • Education and Experience:
      • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
      • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 System Administrator or a similar role.
      • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Finance & Operations).
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
      • Experience with integrations and customizations within Dynamics 365.
    • Skills and Abilities:
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
      • Experience with system security and user management.
      • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
      • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
      • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, SQL Server, and related technologies is a plus.
    • Certifications:
      • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher is preferred.
      • Any relevant certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or system administration would be a plus.
