Job Description

Job role- Data Analyst Work location- Remote Shift timings- 6.30pm-2.30am 7.30pm-3.30am. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and dashboards in multiple reporting tools such as Tableau Extract and manipulate data from different databases, APIs, system logs and AWS services to support business intelligence and decision-making processes Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives Lead operational reporting around incidents lifecycle metrics, KPIs and SLAs Collect product and customer insights such as usage statistics, adoption rates and customer satisfaction indicators Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, Program managers, and business stakeholders, to understand their data requirements and deliver timely and accurate data solutions Identify opportunities to improve ongoing reporting and analytics processes. Automate. simplify and provide self-service solutions where opportunities are identified. Work in an agile environment with incomplete requirements, be able to identify gaps and work with stakeholders to ensure that data solutions meet their needs Present insights and preparing reports for different stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Mandatory: At least 5 years of commercial experience in the field of Data engineering and Data analytics Strong skills in extracting, transforming and loading semi-structured data such as JSON Strong skills in extracting data programmatically from APIs 3 years of development and testing skills in areas around data ETL processes as well as building automation into everything we do Strong skills in Python as a programming language, not only libraries for statistical analysis Experience working with AWS tech stack, including S3, Redshift, Data Lake and Athena Hands-on knowledge in coming developer tooling and systems such as GitHub and running code on AWS Proficient with the data visualization tool Tableau and able to create complex visualizations and dashboards based on stakeholder requirement Strong SQL skills and able to write complex, well optimized queries for data extraction from various databases Proven experience in data modelling, statistical analysis, data mining, data visualization and reporting. Ability to dig deep and clean dirty data and gather critical insights in the form of empirical and measurable key indicators Working knowledge of Pythons data processing libraries (Pandas, Numpy, etc,
