Job Description

    Data Acquisition & Storage Source to target mapping skills which presents data in the right format for the end-user/consumer Build scalable solutions that create great business impact Operational delivery Deliver robust and performant code to test and production environments CI/CD experience to continuously improve the capability and diversity of data that directly supports and influences business functions Effectively manage the demand pipeline. Use Agile and MVP approaches to help end users understand their information needs more clearly so the right data can be acquired Work in project teams and experience with Agile and CI/CD practices Compliance, Regulations, Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Legislation Ensure Blackmores complies with all regulatory; internal policies and procedures; guidelines and legislation associated with the capture, storage and use of data Ensure that compliance risks and controls are identified; developed; documented; actioned; and monitored in line. with the compliance obligations to mitigate risks of future compliance failure Promote a culture of compliance management and control Ensure compliance requirement are factored into the contracts with external customers, suppliers and other third parties Candidate profile: 5 years experience working with Azure SQL Server databases. 5 years experience with SQL 2 years of working with Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic / Function Apps Exposure to Azure Spark highly valued Experience with unstructured data sets and document database architectures Solution-oriented mindset that can use MVP and Prototyping philosophies to quickly establish what source data to integrate, technical options to implement it and how the data would be consumed in the target system. Proven experience building data pipelines and integration programs to extract data into data warehouses and document databases. Experience with a range of data and delivery formats e.g. APIs, Email, Sharepoint, Excel, Flat Files, XML, JSON, Parquet and Event driven architectures,
