Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Science team, who will work on developing behavior modelling & customer segmentation solutions. As a Data Scientist, the candidate is expected to break down the business problems to appropriate AI ML problem and develop practical, easy to implement solutions that enhance business value.The role offers a challenging and exciting opportunity to be a part of industry-disrupting solutions and do cutting-edge work in data science.Job responsibilities Developing data, AI, ML, DL solutions to model customer behavior to help make key business decisions via customer segmentation, targeting & prioritizations and customer behavioral analytics. Develop Behavioral Models: Design and develop predictive models and algorithms to understand and predict customer behavior, segmentation, profiles. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methods to build accurate customer targeting & prioritization models. Analyze huge. volumes of historical & current customer behavioral data to make predictions and customer prioritizations.Required skills : Degree in Statistics, Mathematics & Computing, Engineering or other quantitative-focused field Minimum 1 year experience in data science, machine learning & deep learning Experience in AI/ML algorithms - Classification, Clustering, Tree-based models, Segmentations, Dimensionality Reduction, Neural Networks (LSTM, RNN etc.) Experience in Python, Machine Learning libraries (sklearn, statsmodel, numpy, pandas, seaborn, matplotlib) or Deep Learning Libraries (Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch) Analytical toolset including an advanced understanding of statistics including time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis.Good to have Understanding of financial domain Prior experience in marketing mix modelling, customer analytics, affinity analysis, market segmentationsIARC focuses on Finance, Banking, Finance Technology, and Debt Collecting.
