The ideal candidate will work on the delegates for events over the phone with senior-level industry delegates and. decision-makers.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue generation through the achievement of sales target: Responsible for new sales leads and basic sales targets for each event to ensure conversation targets. Convert sales leads for every event to achieve the set Sales target for Delegates . Excellency in client support: Maintain exceptional client service for delegates throughout the year to achieve renewable rates for delegates. Ensure Excellent Delegate Experience during events Responsible for end-to-end on-ground coordination during events to ensure an excellent delegate experience during events.QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree. Minimum 1 year of sales experience will be highly preferred.SKILLS REQUIRED Good communication skills and confident telephone manners are essential. Ability to manage basic negotiations, handle objections and close sales. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Confident approach in dealing with senior contracts. Positive, enthusiastic, outgoing and determined to succeed. Strong team player with strong initiative and the ability to work individually.
