    • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
    • Product Consultation: Provide expert guidance on a wide range of insurance products and services, ensuring customized solutions for clients.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless services and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Market Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and assess competitor activity to refine business strategies.
    Key Qualifications:
    • 6 to 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the insurance industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of insurance broking, market trends, and industry products.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
