Job Description

    Job responsibilities:
    • Provide legal advice and support on various corporate and media laws, including but not limited to IPR, Data Protection, Advertisement Regulations, and other related compliance.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including vendor agreements, Media agreements, event agreements, and licensing agreements.
    • Manage litigation cases, coordinating with external legal counsel and internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
    • Handle and resolve complaints before Authority and Enforcement agencies
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, and corporate policies.
    • Provide proactive risk assessment and advise business units to mitigate legal risks.
    • Work closely with various departments to provide legal guidance on projects and business strategies.
    • Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure the company is compliant with new legal developments.
    Work Experience:
    • LLB or equivalent degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong understanding of Corporate Laws, Media Laws, Data Protection, Labour laws and Advertisement
    • Regulations.
    • Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
    • Experience in litigation management- labour Dispute, Media cases including handling external legal counsel and
    • court procedures.
    • Strong exposure of handling and resolving complaints before Enforcement agencies
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
