Job Description

    Designation: Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - TrainingNumber of positions: 3Location: DelhiOnly candidates from Delhi will be preferredThe positions are based at Pharmed office in Delhi.The job role includes handling training and development programs of Pharmed Sales force.Please note: This job includes a mandatory 14-day on-the-job training scheduleResponsibilities:Assessing and identifying sales training needs of field force through surveys,focus group discussions, sales team excellence data, consultations with Sales stakeholders, PMT, and other support functions. Formulating and conducting product and sales training sessions for the sales team. Conducting management development programs for front-line sales team and 1st line managers Developing digital content for LMS Schedule training sessions in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and HR Updating Training Records of ABMs, RMs, and TSOs and ensuring all mandatory training requirements are met.. Conduct on-the-job training to understand and improve in clinic effectiveness of the TSOs and gather customer insights. Updating and publishing development reports of the area assigned. Collating and analyzing the data received from the field force regarding various marketing activitiesDesired Candidate Profile Science or Pharmacy graduate or PG with 7-8 years experience in Sales and 1-2 years as first-line managers Candidates should have been a First Line or Second Line manager in pharma sales with a flair for learning and development. Experience in Training is preferred, not mandatory Exposure to conducting in-house training and Field training/induction programs is an added advantage. Should be well-versed in MS - Office Should have good coordination and team management skills,
