Job Description

    Electrical Design Engineer Experience: 6 to 8 Years Qualification: B.Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering Salary: Rs. 35,000 pm 65,000 pm Location: New Delhi, IndiaJob Summary: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with 6-8 years of expertise in industrial electrical design. The candidate should have proficiency in HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) cabling, earthing protection, lightning protection, SLD (Single Line Diagrams), and transformer electrification. This role involves designing and implementing electrical systems for industrial use, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Electrical System Design:
      • Develop detailed electrical designs for industrial projects.
      • Create and interpret single line diagrams (SLDs) for effective installation plans.
    2. Cabling & Protection:
      • Design HT & LT cabling systems tailored to project specifications.
      • Implement effective earthing protection strategies to ensure safety.
    3. Lightning Protection Design:
      • Design and integrate lightning protection systems into overall electrical design.
    4. Transformer Electrification:
      • Oversee the design and implementation of transformer electrification projects.
    5. Project Coordination:
      • Work with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
      • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with designs.
    6. Standards and Compliance:
      • Ensure all electrical designs adhere to local and national codes and standards.
      • Stay informed of new regulations and technologies in electrical design.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
    • 6-8 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical design.
    • Skilled in using design software such as AutoCAD
    • Profound understanding of HT & LT cabling, earthing, and lightning protection techniques.
    • Experience with transformer electrification and creating SLDs.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage projects effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively.
