Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online advertising efforts, including PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads etc. You will also lead our Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Social Media Optimization (SMO) initiatives.Experience with creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software will be considered a significant plus.Key Responsibilities
    • PPC Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
    • Conduct keyword research, manage bids, and continuously refine ad copy, landing page to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular performance reports.
    SEO & Content Strategy:
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
    • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with the content team to optimize website content and improve user engagement.
    Social Media Marketing & Optimization:
    • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
    • Create and schedule engaging content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
    • Leverage SMM and SMO techniques to boost audience engagement and conversions.
    Creative and Multimedia Collaboration:
    • Work alongside the creative team to develop compelling visual content.
    • Utilize tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software to support campaign needs.
    Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahref etc) to track performance and identify opportunities.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and guide strategic decisions.
    Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Monitor industry developments to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
    • Keep on learning new things, updating/ upskilling himself/ herself.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Education:
    A Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.Experience:
    • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
    • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
    Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahref or similar platforms.
    • Working knowledge of creative tools like Photoshop, Canva, or video editing software is a plus.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
