Position: Sr Sales ManagerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly pre decidedsalestarget for the assigned region / area for DS/CDS business
Continuous coordination with the finance team for the rate negotiation and approved agreement related to DS/CDS customers
Generate the opportunity pipeline for organic and inorganic growth through direct engagement with the client
Develop high levels of engagement with clients to pitch solutions
Work closely with clients to identify gaps/ opportunities forsalesprospects
Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities for DS/CDS
Map customer needs and manage various stakeholders including pre-sales, finance, solutioning and delivery teams
Monitor and report keysalesmetrics including client pipeline, client conversion ratio
Collaborates with the pre-salesand delivery team andbe an interface to the client
Ensure all escalations and operational issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
Ensure high levels of CSAT scores
