Job Description

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of multiple retail store locations within an assigned region. The role involves leading store managers, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the operations and performance of multiple retail locations within the assigned district.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and revenue targets.
• Set performance goals and assign workloads to store managers and teams.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and team members.
• Monitor store performance and address issues that may affect productivity, profitability, or customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all locations comply with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Work closely with store managers to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
• Address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Analyze sales and operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop business strategies and initiatives designed to increase revenue, profitability, and long-term growth.
