Job Description

As a .NET Full Stack Developer at Taxmann Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining desktop-based applications using .NET technologies. Your role will involve working across the full stack, collaborating with various teams to implement scalable solutions, optimizing application performance and security, refactoring legacy codebases, participating in technical discussions, and resolving complex production issues. Additionally, you will contribute to documentation and long-term product maintainability.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain desktop-based applications using .NET technologies- Work across the full stack, including UI, business logic, and database layers- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and implement scalable solutions- Optimize application performance, stability, and security- Refactor legacy codebases and implement modern design patterns where applicable- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues- Contribute to documentation and long-term product maintainabilityQualifications Required:- 5 years of professional experience in .NET Full Stack Development- Strong experience in Desktop Application Development (WinForms / WPF / similar)- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6- Experience with SQL Server and strong understanding of database design and optimization- Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles- Experience with REST APIs and backend service integration- Hands-on experience with Git or similar version control systemsDesired Characteristics:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and take ownership of modules- Comfortable working on large, long-running enterprise products- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Quality-focused mindset with attention to detailIf you hold a B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, you are preferred for this role at Taxmann Technologies.
