Lead a team of talented professionals and guide them for effective control on large valueclaimsunder theProperty/ Non-Marine vertical.2. Manageclaimsfunction under theProperty(for FIRE, Engineering, and MISC class of Insurance) for India and abroad in sync with the overall strategic goals of the enterprise.3. Effectively provide strategicdirection to theclaimsteam so that the entire team works in unison with the ultimate organizational goal in perspective.4. Manageall aspects ofClaimsof various product portfolios and provideleadership for branch operations.5. Build and maintain relationships with key corporate decision makers,establishing large volumes, and high-profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty.6. Apart from the responsibility of direct supervision, the candidate is expected to handle the large valueclaimsdirectly, visit loss sites along with Surveyors, take/guide the customer to take loss mitigation steps and take theclaimtowards closure through close interaction with Surveyors/experts and customers.7. Direct supervisionandhandling the large valueclaimsdirectlyby8. Driving adherence of general guidelines for underwriting across the region.9.
