Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online retail platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics, as well as a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices to drive sales, enhance user experience, and ensure the smooth operation of our online store.Key Responsibilities:
    • E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of the companys online retail platform, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are up to date.
    • Product Management: Work with the product and inventory teams to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and stock availability are reflected online.
    • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.), and SEO efforts to drive traffic and sales.
    • Customer Experience: Ensure an excellent online shopping experience by optimizing site navigation, product display, and payment processes.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance, analyze traffic data, and generate reports on sales, conversion rates, and other key metrics to assess and improve the performance of the online store.
    • Order Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and resolve any customer service issues related to online orders.
    • Market Research: Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to recommend improvements and strategies.
    • Content Management: Assist in creating and updating web content, including banners, product information, and promotional material.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, preferably within the retail industry.
    • Skills:
      • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and content management systems.
      • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, email marketing platforms).
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
      • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
    • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web analytics tools is a plus.
