Job Description

    Job Title Key account Manager (E.commerce)Location GurugramExperience- Minimum 3 YearsKey Responsibilities:
    1. Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales and increase overall marketplace revenue.
    • Manage pricing strategies, product promotions, and marketing campaigns to maximize sales.
    • Track sales performance, and return on investment (ROI) to improve profitability.
    • Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer reviews to gain insights into performance trends and consumer preferences. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
    1. Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience. Identify opportunities for growth, product expansion, and competitive differentiation.
    1. Product Listing Optimization:
    • Optimize product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and search ranking. Write compelling product descriptions, titles, and bullet points, ensuring they are optimized for relevant keywords and consumer appeal.
    1. Data Analysis & Reporting & Ads
    • Regularly analyze sales data, traffic trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Prepare and present performance reports, including key revenue metrics, to senior management with actionable insights for further growth.
    • Manage Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive traffic and sales. Monitor advertising performance, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
