The minimum qualification you require is a graduate degree or a professional certificate.Key Requirements:
    • Education:A Bachelors degree in English, English Literature, or a related field is generally required.
    • Experience:A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is typically expected.
    • Language Proficiency:Native-level English proficiency is a must.
    • Teaching Skills:Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills are essential.
    • Patience and Empathy:Youll need to be patient and empathetic when working with ESL learners.
    • Creativity and Adaptability:Being creative and adaptable in your teaching methods is important.
    • Planning and Organization:Youll need strong planning and organizational skills to prepare lessons and manage the classroom effectively.
