Job Description

    The Equipment Engineerapplies engineering principles and techniques to perform equipment engineering in a manufacturing environment to meet organizational objectives. His/her work also include ensuring proper installations and maintenance of equipment to minimize production delay.Job description
    • Takes lead in design and development activities for tanks design, chassis attachment, fluid routing and system verification of Urea System and Fuel system.
    • High competence and awareness of defining technical roadmap within responsibility areas in line with organization s strategic interests and understanding in the broader business context .
    • Handling of quality tools through the development process, cross functional requirement balancing and stake holder management.
    • Delivers value through decision-making even under ambiguity based on up-to-date market understanding, collaborates with suppliers to co-develop product solutions.
    • Handling of virtual verification and physical validation needs of respective system.
    • Work closely with project managers and cross functional teams to anticipate process steps and risks and propose mitigation plans.
    • Product maintenance: Solving quality issues and market support.
    • Advanced engineering of system and components to meet future demand.
    • Engineering documentation of drawings, technical requirement, functional specification and managing change.
