About the internship:Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Advisory & Trading Support:1. Provide timely and accurate investment advice on equity and derivatives market segments.2. Execute trades for clients with proper consent as per regulatory guidelines, online/offline.3. Track market trends, news, and research to support client decision-making.4. Share daily market updates, calls, and research reports with clients.B. Relationship Management:1. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial discussions with existing clients.2. Strengthen client relationships through consistent engagement and high-quality service.3. Reactivate dormant clients and increase client activation monthly and daily.C. Revenue & Target Achievement:1. Drive TPP sales, including insurance, bonds, mutual funds, PMS, and other in-house financial products.2. Achieve monthly brokerage and revenue targets.3. Promote relevant advisory services and enhance overall client value.D. Compliance & Process Adherence:1. Ensure 100% adherence to all SEBI, exchange, and internal compliance guidelines.2. Maintain proper documentation and follow internal processes for trades and client interactions.3.
