Job Description

    Job Title: ERP Consultant/ManagerLocation: Tanzania (Onsite)Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months (Extendable )Experience Required: 4-5 yearsSalary: Up to 75,000 - 80,000 per monthBenefits: Company-provided accommodation, travel, and foodJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant/Manager to join our team for a minimum 6-month contract in Tanzania. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERPimplementation, customization, troubleshooting, and client requirement analysis. You willwork closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify and resolve ERP-relatedissues, and ensure seamless system integration.Key Responsibilities: Analyze client requirements and align ERP solutions accordingly. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues. Customize and configure ERP systems to optimize business processes. Train end-users and provide post-implementation support. Ensure smooth integration with third-party applications if required. Work closely with stakeholders to enhance ERP functionalities. Maintain ERP system documentation and provide regular updates.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BusinessAdministration, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or consultancy. Expertise in ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Supply Chain, orManufacturing. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams. Experience in customization, integration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in SQL, ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
