Job Description

    This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who can handle a dynamic work environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.---Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support & CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact between the VC and internal/external stakeholders.Manage and prioritize the VCs calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.Handle confidential correspondence and draft reports, presentations, and official documents.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups.2. Strategic & Operational SupportAssist in the execution of key business strategies, projects, and corporate initiatives.Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.Collaborate with department heads and senior executives to ensure smooth operations.3. Communication & Relationship ManagementManage and streamline internal and external communications for the VC.Represent the VC in meetings and discussions when required.Maintain strong relationships with board members, government agencies, investors, and key partners.4. Administrative & Compliance SupportEnsure compliance with corporate governance policies and regulatory guidelines.Assist in preparing board meeting materials, investor reports, and compliance documents.Handle contract management, MoUs, and legal documentation coordination.5.
