Job Description

Essential Job Duties, Responsibilities And Authorities Customer Relationship Management Facilitating communication & coordination in English language (any other foreign language knowledge is preferred) Preparation of all export documents (such as Quotations, Proforma Invoice,Purchase Orders, Marking, Labelling, Commercial Invoice & Packing Listetc.) Coordination with freight forwarders for transacting daily shipments and to find the desirable transportation method & to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry. Preparation of documents required for custom clearance (such Export Declarations or any other documents depending upon the requirement) Keeping track of remittances received and providing settlement instructions to finance department.Processing of all incoming queries from export customers such as stock availability,samples requirement or any other request in relation with work.Maintaining all customer data. including agreements, pricing, orders, feedback.etc.Other duties as assigned by the reporting head,
