He/she require written and communication skills to create sales presentations and verbal communication skills to present ideas and speak confidently. - Assists in developing empathy towards the customers as it allows the salesperson to put himself in the customers shoes and think what can satisfy the customer most. - Carry out discovery effectively, researching customers and drilling down into problems to develop a strong understanding.
