Job Description

    Scientific Promotion
    • Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to deliver product knowledge and disease state information.
    • Ensure favorable recommendations for expert-detailed brands through customized pre- and post-call planning.
    • Address HCP queries promptly and demonstrate product benefits tailored to patient needs.
    Territory Management
    • Analyze territory performance data to build effective coverage plans and HCP profiles.
    • Collaborate with General Trade (GT) teams and regional stakeholders to achieve business goals.
    • Maintain monthly inventory of samples and inputs, ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting.
    Compliance and Reporting
    • Adhere strictly to compliance protocols, including adverse event reporting.
    • Use organizational systems for accurate, timely reporting on activities and results.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
    Relationship Building
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs through proactive engagement.
    • Customize approaches to meet individual HCP needs and preferences.
    • Support regional business plans through coordinated efforts.
