Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: --Handling customer requirements.-CRM.-Competitor Information.-Handling all mails/ Create MIS Report/Take Follow Up with Team/ Admin Activity.-Pre sales & Post- Sales Activity.-Must be able to execute in Real Time.-Must have the ability to plan and execute.-Should be able to start and complete projects to make a difference in the functioning of the business.-Materials pick up planning from local suppliers.-Updating Shipments status to respective Clients on phone calls as well as through email.-Coordinating with Docks staff on a regular Basis for customs Clearance activities.-Doing regular follow up with Clients Nominated Freight Forwarders for Various Issues-Co - ordination with client regarding Dispatch of Cargo.-Follow up the shipment with operation staff , Freight Forwarder up to hand over the cargo.-Handling Nomination Shipments-Coordinate with an overseas Business Partner.E-mail: hidden_emailContact-91-hidden_mobile/20
