Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities will be.
    • Business development for Flexible Packaging , Plastic Products , Caps & Closures , Master Batch and Injection Moulding Products.
    • Ensure timely collection of receivables from customers.
    • Budgeting & business planning for the assigned region.
    • Achieve sales goals in existing accounts from established relationships.
    • Ensuring timely payment from the customers.
    • Resolving complaints at customer end.
    • Coordination with production and concerned departments.
    • Aligning of regional business with companies capabilities.
    • Looking for new products to increase company foothold in region.
    • Ensuring profitability in each order and making sure to increase it.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Excellent written and Verbal communication
    • Should have knack for sales and marketing.
    • Good Analytical & logical skills.
    • Good understanding of the product & industry.
    • Commercial & technical analysis of sales order pre & post production.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Work, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
