Job Description

    • Drive business in assigned countries, Meeting Revenue & GM targets.
    • Driving export sales strategies, managing export operations, and expanding the companys footprint in international markets originating.
    • Focus on identifying new export opportunities, developing relationships with international distributors and partners, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
    • The position requires a deep understanding of international trade, market dynamics in key export destinations, and the ability to execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential export destinations, assess competitive landscapes, and analyse demand for products.
    • Business Development in Existing & New markets in the assigned territory.
    • Appoint Distributors in International Markets with an objective to build sustainable business and Brand
    • Forecasting, Sales Planning & Monitoring execution
    • Ensuring execution of brand and sales strategy in respective countries and territory.
    • Identify qualitative & quantitative gaps in respective markets and plugin the same with a clear plan for business delivery.
    • Ensuring healthy relations with assigned Country distributors, develop new distributors, downstream channel expansion and find out ways to increase the depth of their business.
    • Continuous analysis of width and depth of distribution and providing analytical input to Country Distributors enabling them for higher market share.
    • The position shall be responsible to closely liaise with other departments to provide feedback on product and market expectations, etc.
