Job Description

    Responsibilities- Develop and implement fabrication processes and procedures to meet project requirements and quality standards.- Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate project specifications into fabrication plans and schedules.- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the most efficient and cost-effective fabrication methods.- Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and equipment to streamline fabrication processes and improve productivity.- Oversee the fabrication of components and assemblies, ensuring adherence to specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.- Perform regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and address defects or deviations from standards.- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.- Maintain accurate documentation of fabrication processes, including drawings, specifications, and work instructions.- Train and mentor fabrication technicians and operators to enhance skills and knowledge in fabrication techniques and best practices.- Stay updated on advancements in fabrication technology, materials, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
