• Oversee routine and preventative maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
• Coordinate and supervise repairs and renovations.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Develop and manage the facility budget, including maintenance and operational expenses.
• Track and report on expenditures and savings.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of facility staff and contractors.
• Provide training and development opportunities for facility personnel.
• Ensure the facility complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.
