Job Description

    We are hiring Forman production supervisorJob Location: Narela industrial areaExperience 3 to 5 yearsSalary 20k to 23kSend your CV hidden_email Whatsapp hidden_mobileKey AccountabilitiesMust have good knowledge of excel/ trackers/ making schedules for the production process
    • Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
    • Guide and coach woodworkers, monitoring their productivity.
    • Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
    • Maintaining Quality of the Shoe produced
    • Any other work assigned by the Principal Designer
    Plan, organize, coordinate and control the tasks and functions of subordinate staff in the shift activities.
    • Ensure the production output meets the required standards, specifications, and other established guidelines.
    • Supervise and controls accounting of raw materials.
    • Achieve the units key performance indicators and develops activities aimed at their improvement.
    • Develop internal standards, procedures, instructions and staff training in accordance with the requirements of the company.
    • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most.
