Job Description

Area handling and responsible for Primary, Secondary Sales of all Segments in given area.
To achieve sales and collection targets for spares sales in the assigned territory as per the plan.
Execute promotional activities for developing brand in the market.
Network expansion and assigned targets to them to increases the reach and availability of the products.
Forecast sales to ensure adequate stock of Spare parts at dealers to avoid sales loss.
Visit secondary market, retailers and mechanics to motivate them to sell and fit genuine products and to know the difference between genuine and spurious parts.
Conduct promotional activities in market to develop retail channel.
Weekly Performance Review meetings with Immediate Boss on Weekly Sales, collection, Dealer visits.
