Job Description

    Job Description & Overview:As the Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for credit card Sales & personal Loan in your designated region. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, developing your own performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will leverage your experience in credit card sales & personal Loan, ensuring best practices are followed to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales plans for credit card acquisition, ensuring the team achieves or exceeds targets in assigned territories.Credit Card Sales Expertise: Use your deep knowledge of credit card products, features, and product offerings and sales techniques.Customer Relationship Management: Ensure that the maintain excellent customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally to build strong customer relationships.Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, team performance, market trends, and challenges to senior management.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that everyone adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines related to credit card sales, including documentation, customer privacy, and financial disclosures.
