Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and prospective customers, build relationships, and generate leads.
    • Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into sales.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
    • Gather customer feedback, understand their needs, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update them in the CRM or reporting system.
    • Collaborate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer service.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach.
    • Familiarity with local geography and market trends.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
