Job Description

    A Field Sales Executive drives revenue by meeting prospects face-to-face within an assigned geographic territory. They manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closurebuilding strong client relationships and gathering on-ground market insights to achieve sales targets.     • Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate pricing, handle customer objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. [1, 2, 3]
    • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term, loyal partnerships with existing clients by conducting regular follow-ups and providing after-sales support. [1, 2]
    • Territory Planning: Strategically plan daily travel routes to maximize market coverage and time efficiency. [1, 2]
    • Reporting & Market Intelligence: Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools and provide management with feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and forecasts. [1, 2, 3]
    Key Requirements & Skills
    • Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, business development, or a relevant customer-facing role.
    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and active-listening skills to persuade clients and handle objections.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management abilities to independently plan daily visits and manage a sales pipeline.
    • Mobility: High physical stamina, a valid drivers license/reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
