Job Description

    1. 6 months of training with classroom and experiential learning programme.
    2. On a successful completion of the 6 months Launchpad Programme you get an opportunity to join as Assistant Relationship Manager.
    3. The training not only imparts knowledge and sales skills but also in gold appraisal processes, systems, regulations and compliance frameworks involved in day-to-day operations
    • Post 6 months programme you will be onboarded as ARM with CTC of upto 3.2 Lacs Incentive.
    • Incentive is governed as per applicable policy. MGB (Minimum Guaranteed Bonus) is governed by the MGV policy as applicable.
    • Travel & Phone allowance is governed as per applicable policy
