We want to be the best travel company not just in the world, but for the world.The world needs more Intrepid people:As a Finance Manager with Intrepid, youll be responsible for managing the Financial, System, and Management Accounting function for Intrepid India. Youll ensure you meet all requirements of the Countries General Manager, Intrepid India, and other regulatory authorities within India. Youll provide leadership to our Finance teams across these. offices and foster strong teamwork while mentoring and developing them to be the best they can be! In addition to this, as our Finance Manager you will contribute regularly to the overall direction of Intrepid India as part of its Management Team.This is a full-time permanent position based out of our New Delhi, India office and will allow some work from home.Some of the essential skills youll have are: Degree-level qualifications or higher CA or CPA or equivalent with 8-10 years post-qualification experience Experience with financial planning and analysis and budgeting and forecasts Experience and knowledge of complex accounting packages Practical general finance and accounting experience in a foreign-invested business & in India Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Team and Staff Management SkillsYou will have strong time management skills and be able to deliver on objectives within timeframes, but most importantly you will share Intrepids core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.A bit about our people:Our people reflects the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit.
