    We are seeking accomplished USA Freight Brokers to join our dynamic team within the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of freight transportation across the United States, ensuring that client needs are met with efficiency and reliability. You will leverage your negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with carriers, shippers, and other stakeholders. This position demands a strategic mindset, solid analytical capabilities, and an exceptional understanding of supply chain processes. As a Freight Broker, you will play an essential role in coordinating the movement of goods, handling transportation logistics, and working closely with customers to optimize their operations. Your ability to adapt to changing market conditions and navigate the complexities of freight regulations will be critical to your success. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with various partners in the logistics ecosystem.     • Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to secure competitive pricing for clients.
    • Manage freight operations from origin to destination, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and industry contacts to foster collaboration and business growth.
    • Utilize transportation management software to track shipments and monitor performance metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in freight transportation.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and transactions.
    • Proactively address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the shipping process.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience as a Freight Broker or similar role in the logistics industry.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
    • In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards in the USA.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in using transport management software and other relevant technology tools.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
