    Job Title: Front Desk ExecutiveReports to: Front Office ManagerLocation:Vasant Kunj (Delhi)Job Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a courteous and efficient Front Desk Executive to provide exceptional guest experiences.Responsibilities:Guest Services1. Check-in/check-out guests, handle room assignments, and manage guest requests.2. Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.3. Resolve guest complaints and concerns.Front Office Operations1. Manage front desk operations, including reception, concierge, and telephone services.2. Maintain accurate records, reports, and guest information.3. Coordinate room allocations, modifications, and cancellations.Communication1. Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless service.2. Respond to guest inquiries, emails, and messages.3. Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and guests.Revenue Management1. Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and optimize room sales.2. Upsell rooms and promotions to increase revenue.Security and Safety1. Ensure guest safety and security.2. Monitor CCTV, handle emergencies, and report incidents.Requirements:1.
