Job Description

    This position is a staff level position in Birla Carbon India Pvt. Ltd.Location: DelhiJob Context:
    1. Customer support and co-ordination
    2. Regularization of Order book
    3. Management of SAP activities
    4. Giving inputs to supply chain on production plan given by them
    5. Packing and dispatch coordination with individual plants
    6. Customer & Distribution coordination & reporting
    7. Depot management (Meerut)
    8. MIS control & reporting
    Job Challenges:
    1. Accurate demand forecasting from Sales team for assigned customers
    2. Inputs to supply chain on Production planning in line with customer requirement: Inputs to Production planning dependent on total order book of all customers and various other plant related factors
    3. On time dispatches: Again dependent on other customers and order book and logistics related factors
    4. Contractual office Support staff management
    Key responsibilities:
    1. On time Delivery - Support supply chain team in Creating plant wise production, packing plan and follow up for the execution. Communicate and plan every day dispatch plan plant wise and follow up with logistic & sales team for timely movement
    2. Order creations in SAP Creating orders as per PO and Update the order in systems & inform to logistics & keeping customer and sales team informed about the material planning and movement
    3. PI Creation for exports and relevant customers in line with coordination with sales personnel
    4. Depot management (Meerut) Manage the inventory and generation of Sale (creation of order to creation of final Invoice facilitation) pertains to Meerut Depot
    5. MIS control & reporting Generate all required MIS and submit the same higher management for decision making.
    6. Contractual Support Staff Management Manage day to day activities and direct the support staff for office work.
