Tech / BE / MCA / MSc (Computer Science)About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled ERPNext Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing and developing core modules in ERPNext, including HRMS, Project Management, Finance Management, and Asset Management. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and drive seamless system integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomization & Development
    • Customize and develop ERPNext modules, specifically HRMS, Project Management, Finance Management, and Asset Management.
    • Write and maintain scripts, workflows, and reports to automate business processes.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ERPNext customizations to ensure system efficiency.
    • Ensure data integrity and seamless integration with other systems.
    System Integration
    • Plan and execute the integration of ERPNext modules with third-party systems.
    • Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and middleware to facilitate integrations.
    • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow for reliability and scalability.
    Collaboration & Support
    • Work closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
    • Document technical designs, workflows, and system configurations.
    • Provide ongoing technical support and improvements for ERPNext implementations.
    Technical Skills Required
    • ERPNext and Frappe Framework
    • Python, PHP, JavaScript
    • API Development and Integration
    • Experience with Middleware tools and architecture
    • Proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment
    • Familiarity with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL
    • Hands-on experience in Version Control Systems (e.g., Git)
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus
    Soft Skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
    • A detail-oriented approach to coding and system design
