Job Description

    As a Full-Stack Web Development Trainer at TGC, located in South Delhi or East Delhi, you will be responsible for teaching front-end and back-end technologies to students at beginner and intermediate levels. This position offers flexibility in terms of being full-time or part-time based on availability.Responsibilities:- Teach front-end skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.- Instruct back-end skills such as Node.js, Express, MongoDB, or Python Django.- Guide students through practical coding exercises and projects.- Assist learners in debugging and enhancing their code.- Maintain attendance records, track student progress, and manage basic training documentation.- Collaborate with the academic team to plan syllabus, batches, and assessments.- Offer feedback on student work and aid in portfolio-building tasks.Required Skills:- Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.- Proficiency in teaching MERN Stack modules.- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, API development, and deployment fundamentals.- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.- Strong communication and classroom management abilities.Education & Experience:- Graduation in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.- Industry professionals with practical project experience are encouraged to apply.In this role, you will have the option to work full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule for part-time trainers.
