Position: Fusion OTM/GTM (Oracle Transportation Management/Global Transportation Management)Locations: Mumbai / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Kolkata / Delhi / Noida / CoimbatoreExperience: 5-12 yearsSkills: OTM, GTM, Cloud Implementation, Logistics, Oracle SaaSJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced professional with 5-12 years of expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Transportation Management (GTM). The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of OTM, experience in full-cycle cloud implementations, and familiarity with integrating OTM with various external platforms and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in business requirement gathering workshops, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured.
• Communicate technical requirements to technical consultants for solution development.
• Develop Solution Design documents to guide the implementation process.
• Conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), and define test cases.
• Support and train key users on the implemented solution.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions that support Volvos processes.
• Configure OTM to meet business needs and ensure system alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in cloud migration and OTM upgrades to ensure smooth transitions and system improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
• At least 6 years of functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Strong background in logistics, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proven experience with at least one full-cycle OTM cloud implementation.
• Hands-on experience with OTM upgrades and the application of Scrum and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with integrating OTM with external platforms such as INTRAA and Transporeon.
• Experience integrating OTM with ERP systems like SAP or others.
• Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Global Trade Compliance and Oracle SaaS Transportation Management.
• Proficiency in cloud migration processes related to OTM.
• Previous experience with GTM implementation is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with full proficiency in English.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
