Art & Beyond maintains strong relationships with reputed art organisations, established galleries, and Indian and international auction houses.Role Description The Gallery Sales & Operations Manager is a full-time role based in Delhi, India. We are looking for a dynamic, well-presented and highly organised person to join our team. This is a client-facing role that combines daily gallery operations, including managing online listings, coordinating consignments, and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation. You will be required to drive sales by engaging with prospective and existing collectors, responding to inquiries, conducting virtual and in-person viewings, and providing guidance on artworks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced gallery environment. The position will offer closely working with the gallery founders and gaining invaluable hands-on experience and mentorship under their guidance.Location: Defence Colony, New DelhiWorking Hours: MondaySaturday, 10:30 AM 6:30 PMQualificationsStrong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee gallery processes.Manage client relationships with the ability to build trust and handle inquiries.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for client interactions, negotiations, and coordination with partners.Experience in art sales, gallery management, luxury retail, hospitality or any other luxury client facing environment is an advantage. Interest in design, luxury and familiarity with modern art markets will also be beneficial.Bachelors degree in Business, Arts Management, Fine Arts, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).Proficiency with online gallery platforms, Artlogic, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); digital marketing exposure is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with artists, galleries, and auction houses while maintaining ethical and professional standards.What Were Looking ForSomeone who is proactive, dependable, takes ownership of responsibilities and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.
