Company DescriptionWe suggest you enter details here.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Operations, Export-Import. The General Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the companys export and import operations, including but not limited to shipment, logistics, documentation, compliance, and risk management. The General Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with senior management to develop and execute the companys strategies, plans, and policies.Qualifications A Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field Minimum 10 -15 years of relevant experience in export and import operations, including but not limited to shipment, logistics, documentation, compliance, and risk management Strong knowledge of export and import regulations. laws, and procedures, and experience with government agencies and third-party service providers Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills, and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus,
