    Are you ready for the next step in your career Do you have experience working within the aviation industry If you are interested inthe development, implementation and continuous optimization of all LHG B2B Sales Servicing Processes for an international company, then, check out this great job opportunity!TasksIn this role, your responsibilities and duties may include: Conceptual develop and manage content of the global servicing knowledge databases (e.g. Watson), process manuals / guidelines with market specific input and product information Independently and in close collaboration with the Team Leader responsible for the conceptual development, implementation and continuous optimization of all LHG B2B sales service processes taking into consideration the sales servicing specifics and market developments Provide guidance to service and sales units on operational level. Identify structural process deficiencies, liaise with internal departments in order to find or develop. solution and instruct 1st level support or account managers All other duties as assigned or requiredRequirementsThe ideal Global B2B Sales Service Expert must fulfill the following requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent required 2 years of professional experience in the aviation industry, project participation experience, market and LHG sales processes knowledge including LHG tools (OneRes etc.) English language fluent German and local/ other language desirable Computer literate as user Industry knowledge required Willingness to travel Assessment screening required Excellent business sense Strong cost consciousness Excellent detail oriented Excellent ability to work under pressure Excellent adaptability Excellent oral communication Excellent flexibility Excellent independence Excellent initiative CV/Resume and Cover Letter required Must possess a legal work permit in India Company will not provide relocation assistanceCompanyDeutsche Lufthansa AG is a globally operating aviation group.
