We are a 4 decade old experienced boutique real estate builder firm with ten-figure assets under its belt we have a monopoly in one part of Delhi and want to expand our wings to other parts of NCR by completing a 200-acre project in North East Delhi. In this process, we would like to hire an experienced real estate Graphic designer cum web designer and Video Editor.Job highlights The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the real estate industry,demonstrating a keen understanding of design trends and consumer preferences With at least 2 years of relevant work experience,the candidate should be adept at translating brand identities into visually compelling designs. Preferred candidate profile .Graphic DesignerWe are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with proficiency in both static graphics and basic animation, along with video. editing skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the Real Estate industry, demonstrating a keen understanding of design trends and consumer preferences. With at least 2 years of relevant work experience, the candidate should be adept at translating brand identities into visually compelling designs.Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various digital and print materials. Develop eye-catching designs for real estate, social media, and other brand-related assets. Animation: Produce basic animations to enhance visual storytelling and engagement across digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to create animated content for advertisements, promotions etc. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw video footage to create polished and engaging video content. Ensure that video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements and brand identity across all visual materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design aligns with overall brand strategy. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. Propose and implement new design techniques to enhance brand visuals.Qualifications:Designer Qualifications Required--Excellent skills and practice on Latest Adobe Illustrator.-Having decent knowledge about Latest Adobe Photoshop and should be able to use all basic features and some advance features on the same-Should have an keen eye for the designs and should be able to understand and communicate design requirements in English and Hindi Languages -Should be able to work on Motion Graphics in Adobe Aftereffects if needed.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design, animation, and video editing work. Examples of previous projects related to real estate are highly advantageous.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor at Neevilas Homes located in New Delhi. As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphic designs and editing videos for various marketing and promotional materials. You will collaborate with the marketing team to understand their requirements and translate them into engaging visual content. This role requires strong creative skills and proficiency in design software and video editing tools.Qualifications Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Experience in creating visually appealing designs for web, social media, and print Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field Portfolio showcasing previous graphic design and video editing workWeb designing skills will be preferred,
