Job Description

    Job Title: Quality Auditor - Hospitality Industry One Tree Hospitality Location: Sec 42, Gurgaon Position Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Educational Qualification: Graduated from an Institute of Hotel Management (IHM)One Tree Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service at our property.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct regular audits of property maintenance and cleanliness, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Monitor and evaluate guest feedback on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Google reviews, ensuring that standards meet market expectations.
    • Prepare and present a comprehensive fortnightly health report on property quality and guest satisfaction to management and ground staff.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with industry standards.
    • Actively participate in discussions with ground staff, providing constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, report preparation, and presentations.
    • Respond to and follow up on guest reviews, addressing concerns and feedback promptly through calls and messages.
    • Manage guest escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality auditing or a related role within the hospitality industry.
    • Degree from an Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) is mandatory.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, particularly in identifying maintenance and cleaning issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels and handle guest interactions professionally.
    • Proactive decision-making abilities and a commitment to enhancing guest experience.
