Job Description

    Job Title: Head - Commercial LeasingLocation: DelhiIndustry: Real Estate / Retail / Commercial LeasingKey Responsibilities: Develop and execute leasing strategies for commercial and retail properties to maximize occupancy and rental income. Identify and engage potential corporate clients, retailers, and anchor tenants for leasing opportunities. Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and contract renewals to ensure optimal returns. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and promotional activities for property leasing.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations in leasing agreements. Oversee lease administration, tenant fit-outs, and timely lease execution. Manage lease renewals, tenant retention strategies, and dispute resolution. Report leasing performance metrics, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.Key Requirements: Experience: 8 years in commercial and retail leasing, preferably in real estate, retail, or corporate leasing. Education: MBA/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills. Knowledge: Deep understanding of lease agreements, commercial property laws, andmarket trends. Preferred Background: Experience in handling large commercial spaces, shopping malls, or corporate leasing projects.
