Strong vaccine pipeline across various diseases to be launched in the next 2-3 years.Role Description1. Recruit to Retire (Across all level of employees).2. Ensure all laid down HR policies, processes and. templates are implemented.3. Automate HR processes to create effectiveness, efficiency and edge.4. End to End Performance Management (including periodic feedforward) and based on this define Individual Development plan for employees.5. Compensation Management.6. Succession Planning and talent pool development to fulfill organization growth.7. Critical Employee Retention.8. Periodic assessment of Engagement level of employees through employee engagement surveys.9. Manage Training and Development of employees across all level of employees as well Training ROI.10. Organize Training and Development sessions in discussion with Business Heads and Training managers based on identified training needs. Interact with all stakeholders on a constant basis through a process to seek feedback on quality and efficacy of training programs.11. Define Manpower Cost, Revenue per employee and manage employee cost as a % of Sales.12. Improve Manpower Productivity - Discuss with sales team and define how to improve and increase PMPM.13. Ensure 100% field force with zero vacancy.14. Build highly engaged and satisfied field force.15. Maintain harmonious Employee Relations across field force.Competencies:1.
